additional family memberships add on is for Immediate Family only.   Anyone 16 years old and older is allowed to be in the gym without a parent/guardian. 13 years old to 15 years old only must have parent guardian present in gym.

Cancellation Notification: You can cancel at anytime prior to your next auto payment, member must submit a notice to Inner hero gym at least 2 days before the auto-payment date. This notice can be sent via email to jason@innerherogym.com or by text @ (440)228-5924
